In 2011, Mr. Abdulhadi Al-Qahtani and his brothers established Amaar Real Estate in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, specifically in Al Khobar. Their vision was transforming Al Khobar City into a premier investment destination with unique opportunities.
During its inaugural year, Amaar Real Estate successfully inaugurated its first strategic partnership aimed at executing a residential cooperation plan encompassing an expansive area exceeding 280,000 square meters.
Building upon its initial strategic partnership, Amaar Real Estate continued its success by securing a huge project- Jawharat Al Matar- in collaboration with big local partners. The project area exceeds 10 million square meters, with a total investment of approximately 2 billion Saudi riyals.
Amaar Real Estate embarked on a new and promising chapter in its successful record in 2021 when it became a subsidiary of Amaar Holding. The establishment of Amaar Holding Company marked the creation of an entity that serves as an umbrella for the existing companies with a clear vision towards the future.
