His exceptional communication skills have proven invaluable in engaging with entrepreneurs and VIPs, and his extensive network within the real estate industry is a significant asset.

Mr. Al-Nahdi’s expertise is further bolstered by an MBA degree from York St John University, which complements his substantial experience and enhances his capacity to excel in his role.

Mr. Muhammad Yasir joined Amaar Holding as the Director of Feasibility Studies and Research, bringing with him wide experience in investment management.

His professional background includes significant roles at several prestigious organizations, such as Ernst & Young (EY), Msheireb Properties, and Coldwell Banker.

Mr. Muhammad holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking and an MBA from Lancaster University.

Mr. Jeffrey Santos became a valued member of Amaar in 2020, taking on the role of Business Development Director. With his extensive experience in business development, particularly the real estate investment companies, he brings a wide expertise to the team.

Mr. Santos has played significant roles in several leading organizations, including Altrad Hertel and Hertel OTC.

He earned his master’s degree in business administration from the University of the People in Pasadena, USA, where he further solidified his credentials in the business sector.
