Falah Al-Qahtani is on Construction Week list of top 30 individuals transforming Saudi Arabia construction landscape in Saudi Arabia

Construction Week” magazine has unveiled its “annual list of the top 30 individuals reshaping the construction and urban development landscape in Saudi Arabia, which includes an elite group of leaders who are actively contributing to urban transformation in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

The magazine selected Falah bin Fahd Al-Qahtani, CEO of “Amaar Real Estate Company”, for the list in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the development of the Saudi real estate sector and the promotion of urban sustainability.

Construction Week’s list aims to highlight leaders who have made a significant impact on the construction and development sector through their ability to overcome challenges and achieve remarkable milestones that have helped solidify the Kingdom’s status on the global urban development map.  

Al-Qahtani’s selection was based on in-depth assessments that considered his leadership and innovative approaches in managing real estate projects, his role in facilitating urban transformation, and his forward-looking vision centred on sustainable communities and integrated urban environments.

Falah Al-Qahtani is a prominent figure in the Saudi real estate sector. Since founding Amaar Real Estate Company in 2011, he has led the execution of significant projects, including the Dhahran Warehouses, the Misk Tarout project, and the Airport Jewel project, thereby contributing to regional economic growth and urban innovation in the Kingdom.  

Al-Qahtani manages multiple projects with a strategic vision centered on serving the community, distinguished by his extensive experience in real estate marketing, brokerage, and financial management.

In his leadership, Al-Qahtani combines innovation and sustainable development, making Amaar Real Estate one of the key drivers of transformative urban growth in Saudi Arabia, according to Construction Week.

Al-Qahtani’s role was not limited to leading Amaar Real Estate Company; he also contributed to the establishment of Amaar Holding Company in 2021, reflecting his aspirations to expand his influence within the sector. He holds several positions on the boards of directors of various companies, including Tasawy General Contracting Company, which further enhances his influence in different areas within the real estate and construction sectors.

Al-Qahtani had previously established a clear strategic vision for Amaar Real Estate Company to become a leading national example in developing residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This vision has positioned the company as a benchmark in the market, delivering exceptional investment returns and strengthening its pioneering role in urban development. 

Notably, the Construction Week magazine had previously selected Al-Qahtani among its list of the most prominent CEOs in the construction sector in Saudi Arabia, as one of the leaders who have left a clear mark on the real estate sector in the Kingdom.
