The second phase of Dhahran Warehouses project is nearly 900,000 m², almost double the size area of Dhahran Warehouses (A). The project is strategically situated on the connecting road between the two economic centers of the Gulf: the cities of Dammam and Al Khobar. It consists of industrial warehousing facilities, labor housing, and commercial spaces. Dhahran Warehouses (B) is expected to generate an ROI of more than 53%.
